Return Process

  Place the product in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
